To strengthen examining administrative procedures

From now until the end of 2019, Provincial People's Committee asked departments, agencies, district and commune People's Committees to strengthen the examination and assessment of administrative procedures in accordance with the Government Office’s guidance to ensure publicity and transparency, the participation of people and businesses, to make the most of legal resources for the examination and assessment of administrative procedures and related regulations; as well as mobilizing the intellectual contribution of numerous scientists, managers, experts inside and outside the public sector.

Implementation way shall be based on the plan of administrative procedure examination of Provincial People's Committee, agencies that were assigned to be in charge of the inspection and evaluation of administrative procedures; or administrative procedures according to provisions of Article 25, Article 26, and Article 27 Information Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated 31 Oct 2017 of the Government Office guiding the administrative procedure control and evaluation result summarizing, including: the project of simplifying administrative procedures and innovations.
