United strength at a quarter

The solidarity spirit has been proved by glorious achievements in the movement of “All people unite to build cultural life at residential areas”. Annually, over 90% of local households have reached title of cultural family. Therefore, the locality has pushed back social evils and upheld democratic spirit at grassroot levels.

Nguyen Thanh Tam, head of the quarter, said local residents have joined forces to develop educational cause, to protect environment and so on. Pham Van Hoa, a resident in the quarter, said local residents have voluntarily raised funds to make rural roads.

Local people’s positive participation in movements has contributed to create a safe and healthy living environment.
