Surveying delegation of Ministry of Internal Affairs works in Binh Duong Province

In the afternoon of March 14, at Provincial Administrative Center, the surveying delegation of Ministry of Internal Affairs led by Vu Hai Nam, Deputy Director of Organization and Payroll worked with Binh Duong Province regarding its specialized agencies. Mai Son Dung, the Deputy Director of Department of Internal Affairs received and worked with the delegation with participation of leaders of departments, districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City.

Delegates raise opinions on administrative allocation

At the working session, Vu Hai Nam informed of draft resolution to replace Decree No. 24/2014/ND-CP dated April 4, 2014 of the government on organization of specialized agencies under Provincial People’s Committee and cities under central government and Decree No. 37/2014/ND-CP dated May 5, 2014 of the government stipulating on organization of specialized agencies of district, town, and cities under provincial and government administration. The replacement was under Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 6th Central Conference of the 12th tenure of Ministry of Internal Affairs. The surveying delegation was to listen to opinions of localities regarding the contents of the resolution drafts before submission to the government for consideration and issuing.

As reported, the Decrees No. 24 and 37 have been implemented in Binh Duong Province by organization of specialized agencies under Provincial People’s Committee including 18 departments of which 17 departments have been endorsed by localities nationwide and 1 department is named Department of Internal Affairs by regulations of Decree No. 24. All districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City have been organized into 12 divisions of which 10 divisions are ruled by Decree No. 34 and the two remaining divisions of agriculture and rural development and economics and infrastructure are separately organized. The specialize agencies of provincial level shall be organized in the manner of assuring the thorough and efficient State’s management.

Commenting on the resolution drafts, Binh Duong Province agreed upon the maximum departments of provincial administrative allocation. The merging of departments shall be decided by local authority in reality needs with designation of deputy directors by original management sources of each department. For specialized agencies at districts the quantity was agreed by current amounts of divisions as the organization at districts has been lean.
