151 sales points of price-stabilized textbooks

Department of Industry and Commerce said that in preparation for the new school year 2017-2018, from August 2017, the province has opened 151 sales points to stabilize the market of textbooks, notebooks and school supplies. Compared to the new school year 2016- 2017, the number of selling points increased 8.63%. The purchasing power in August 2017 eyed a good increase, especially garment, footwear and school supplies.

This is the province's determination to create favorable conditions for children to go to school in the new school year. As a locality having a large number of workers, workers' lives still face difficulties, thus these selling points of books and textbooks will help workers. Also in August 2017, the province organized a program linking supply and demand for essential commodities for people's consumption demands in food, poultry and cattle, eggs and other processed food products. This activity helped to stabilize the market with reasonable prices to ensure food hygiene and safety.
