Activities of study and talent encouragement enhanced

In 2014, Study Encouragement Association of Di An Town in collaboration with sectors, agencies promoted activities of study and talent encouragement, and build learning society. In the last year, the association rewarded 252 excellent teachers and 126 outstanding pupils of provincial level with a total expense of more than VND65mln; 2 pupils achieving the first prize of the national painting contest “Traffic Safety”. The municipal association also collaborated with sectors, organizations to confer scholarships on 1,760 pupils.

In order for all pupils to be able to go to school, the town Study Encouragement Association coordinated with schools, its branches to provide free education for poor pupils, and give scholarship to 332 poor pupils.
