Public administration center, external service center established

The provincial People’s Committee just decided to set up the public administration center and foreign service center to serve better for demand of organizations, businesses and individuals inside and outside of the country.

Accordingly, the public administration center belonging to the provincial Home Affairs Department, has the status of a legal entity, with its own seal and has opened an account at the State Treasure. The center is under instruction and management of director of the provincial Home Affairs Department with the function of helping director of the provincial Home Affairs Department manage settlement of administration procedures, apply IT, manage material facilities and equipments at the one-door administration area under the provincial Administration Center.

Meanwhile, the foreign service center in the name of Binh Duong Foreign Service Center (known as FSC) is under the provincial External Affairs Department with the status of a legal entity, with its own seal and has opened an account at the State Treasure. The center has the function of consultancy, instruction, implementation and supply of forms of public administration service relating to external affairs to cater for legitimate demand of local and foreign organizations, individuals.
