Ambassador mission of People’s Democratic Republic of Laos received by provincial leaders

At noon on March 29 at Binh Duong provincial Administrative Center, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, chaired the reception of the Lao Ambassador Delegation, led by Ms. Khamphao Ernthavanh, Ambassador of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to Vietnam. Also attending the reception was leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

During the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh provided an overview of the socio-economic development of the province in recent times; the strong cooperation between Binh Duong province and Champasak (Laos), especially in the fields of economy and education.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Vietnam will continue to support enterprises from Binh Duong province to invest in projects in Laos.

On the occasion of the upcoming traditional Pi Mai Lao festival, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee wished the Ambassador and all members of the delegation good health, peace, and a joyful and warm traditional festival.

The Ambassador highly appreciates the dynamic development of Binh Duong province and hopes that the two provinces of Binh Duong - Champasak will continue to unite, be friendly and cooperate closely, contributing to enhancing the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the people of the two countries of Vietnam and Laos forever green, sustainable, continuing and nurturing the good traditional relationship between the Parties, governments, and people of the two countries.
