Being proactive to remove obstacles to obtain better results in administrative reform

Early March 18, provincial Steering Committee for administrative reform, digital transformation, Project 06, smart city (briefly called as the Steering Committee) held a meeting to evaluate the implementation of the set of Index 766 and the results of carrying out a number of key tasks of the Steering Committee. Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee chaired the meeting.

According to a report by provincial Public Administration Center, updating the results of the set of Index 766 of the National Public Service Portal, as of March 18, Binh Duong province reached 79.51 points, ranked fourth among 63 provinces and cities nationwide. Thuan An city, Di An city, Dau Tieng district, North Tan Uyen district were the leading units in the province's district-level Index 766. The contents of administrative reform, Project 06 and smart city were all concerned and implemented throughout by departments, sectors, units and localities.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ha acknowledged the efforts by departments, sectors, units and members of the Steering Committee in carrying out assigned tasks, especially maintaining the results of implementing the set of Index 766. Regarding obstacles mentioned by the delegates, he requested agencies and units to be proactive to coordinate more closely while upholding the spirit and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks, thereby focusing on removing shortcomings to improve indicators in the Index Set 766, Project 06; build a ICF Top 1 communication plan.

In addition, Mr. Ha requested relevant sectors to promptly coordinate in implementing the integration, connection, and sharing of data between the national population database, electronic authentication and identification system with specialized databases to serve the task of processing administrative procedures; continue propagandizing so that people can register to resolve administrative procedures in the electronic environment...
