Binh Duong youngsters follow traditions, making contributions and maturing

In March, Youth Unions at all levels have happily celebrated the 93rd founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024). This is the time when provincial Youth Unions at all levels and Youth Union members have reviewed traditions, forged ideals, strengthened trust and continued the spirit of enthusiasm from older generations to contribute and mature.

During the process of leading the revolution, President Ho Chi Minh and our Party always paid attention to the role and historical mission of Vietnamese youth. Right after the Communist Party of Vietnam was born, our Party clearly saw the importance of building the Youth Union. In March 1931, the Party Central Committee decided that Party committees at all levels from central to local levels must immediately appoint Party members to be in charge of Youth Union work. Stemming from that special meaning, with the consent of the Politburo and Uncle Ho, at the request of the Central Standing Committee of the Vietnam Labor Youth Union, the 3rd National Congress of the Youth Union decided to take March 26, 1931 as the founding date of the Youth Union. Since then, March 26 every year has become a glorious traditional day for the Youth Union and Vietnamese youth.

Volunteer squads to carry out the Youth Month 2024 launched

After 93 years of training and growth, inheriting the glorious historical tradition of the nation, under the leadership of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has continuously grown, truly being the youth's socio-political organization, the Party's reliable reserve team and the revolutionary volunteer force; being a socialist school for Vietnamese youth. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union represents the care and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of young people; is in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union and takes care of and educates children and youth, orienting and assisting activities for the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Vietnamese Student Associations at all levels.

Under the glorious banner of the Party and the organization of the Youth Union, generations of Vietnamese youth have raised high the revolutionary flag, being resilient, courageous in fighting and sacrificing with the spirit of "nothing is more precious than independence, freedom”; always taking the lead in successfully completing all tasks, making a worthy contribution to the cause of national liberation, unification, building and protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.

Will trained

Inheriting and promoting the traditions of the homeland, the achievements of generations of Youth Union cadres and members over different periods, provincial Youth Union has become a companion of youth, encouraging young people to be proactive, creative and ready to participate in successfully implementing tasks assigned by Party committees and authorities. Currently, the local Youth Union members and volunteers have been proactively supporting people and businesses in implementing online public services at levels 3, 4 and the Prime Minister's Project No.06 on "Development of Applying population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation”. During these days of March, each Youth Union member, each Youth Union branch is determined to carry out practical and effective projects and tasks..., thereby creating beautiful images of the Youth Union and Youth Union members in the hearts of the people...

Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of provincial Youth Union said that the Resolution of the 11th provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure, identified the goal of "... striving to build up a smart, civilized, modern Binh Duong city with sustainable development; By 2030, Binh Duong will become a modern industrial center and a smart city of ​​the region and the whole country by 2045". To contribute to achieving those goals, provincial Youth Union is the core of political orientation and needs the voluntary and creative role of youth. Every youngster needs to strive to train. Along with being proactive, equipping themselves with knowledge and integration skills, Youth Union members must always forge their will and determination to overcome difficulties in the spirit of Uncle Ho's teachings: "Nothing is difficult." / I'm only afraid that my heart won't be strong / Digging mountains and filling the sea / If you have the will, you can do it”.
