May - Workers' Month with a series of activities aimed at workers in the province are concerned by trade unions at all levels, departments, businesses to take care of, protect workers from their material, mental lives, and legitimate interests. All is to connect, accompany the common development of enterprises, trade unions, and more broadly, a civilized, modern, and worth-living Binh Duong.

With activities such as "May Dialogue", "Workers for Enterprises, Enterprises for Workers" forums, workers' fairs, sale week at discounts, health care festivals, etc. in this month, employees and trade union members throughout the province will be able to access and enjoy meaningful "foods" for material and mental lives. Through dialogue, workers' voices are once again heard and understood, especially about jobs, their lives with worries and hardships will be shared and accompanied.

The concern, care of life, protection of the legitimate interests of trade union members and employees is also the "catalyst" for this force to tighten the strong bond and build a larger trade union organization. Along with that is upholding the spirit of dedication, demonstrating skills, contributing to the development of enterprises, mutually beneficial, for an increasingly better future.

Taking care of trade union members and supporting workers not only in a peak month but for many years, all levels, branches, localities, and enterprises in Binh Duong have always put more effort into this. Building a trade union shelter, then a dream house, a workers' market, a Vietnamese goods market... and a series of cultural sports activities have been held regularly. Every year, on holidays and New Year, there are exciting programs of charity and social activities aimed at employees throughout the province. Trade union members and workers at enterprises in the area - through the responsible spirit and attention of departments, branches, and enterprises, have certainly felt the affection of sharing, working silently, contributing a part to the progress of the province. Binh Duong's path to wealth and intelligence still has many challenges and difficulties.

That journey in the past, present and future cannot be without the silhouette, the cooperation, and contribution of the labor force living and working in the province. Let's forge a bond and turn towards a better tomorrow…
