Giving strength to young workers

Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has just held the festival “giving strength to young workers” and honoring “good workers” 2019. This is one of practical activities in response to the Workers’ Month and Workers’ Week 2018 , aiming to further take care of young workers.

Diverse support activities

Coming to the festival, young workers had a chance to buy commodities with basic price, practise safe driving and be provided motor oil free of charge. They also received free employment consultancy.

Outstanding workers in 2019 honored

In addition, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a music program, provided free medical check-ups and medicine for 200 young workers with difficult circumstances; awarded financial support from provincial Support Fund for Poor Alien Youths to 7 youths with extremely difficult circumstances; offered 43 gifts to secretaries, heads of outstanding sub-unions for young workers…

Especially, provincial Youth Union donated a “dream” room to Le Thi Hong Cam, a member of the Club “connecting young workers” and a worker of Newwide Company at Ben Cat town-based My Phuoc 2 Industrial Park. These support activities opportunely shared difficulties with young workers while improving their spiritual life.

Good workers honored

On this occasion, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee honored 14 outstanding workers. This was the great encouragement for young workers.

Among outstanding workers honored at the festival, there was Tran Xuan Bach from Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd.’s Minh Thanh rubber plantation. In 2018, he won the “golden hand” award presented by Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG). He also reached achievements in production and business activities, contributing to building up a more prosperous VRG.

Or, Nguyen Van Hieu, Secretary of Thien Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was a typical example in Youth Union and production activities. In 2018, he was awarded the title of “Welling working, creatively working” of provincial People’s Committee Chairman.

With passion in photography, Bui Thanh Hai residing in group 10B, Binh Duong quarter 4 in Di An town’s An Binh ward made efforts in improving his skills in this field. He bravely set up a “Trancy Hai” studio cooperative with 2 members and monthly income of VND15million each. He also actively got involved in Youth Union and social charity activities.

With the above signifcant activities, the festival aimed to motivate the local young workers to make efforts for higher productivity.
