Implementation of grassroot democratic regulation focused

In 2011, the work of mass mobilization at all levels focused on launching the party congress’ resolution at all levels and administration reform and democratic regulation at grassroot levels.

The work of mass mobilization at local armed force successfully solved complaints in the locality and launched the movement of “all-people protect national security”. At the conference, the mass mobilization boards at all levels explained results and drew experiences of the work and set out orientations for 2012.

Addressing the conference, Vu Minh Sang, vice secretary of the local party committee noted that in 2012 the work of mass mobilization pays attention to local manpower, spurs the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, focuses on implementing grassroot democratic regulations.
