Launching the “Binh Duong Youth jointly build dynamic, friendly Public Administrative Center” program

On Oct 1^st, Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union in collaboration with Public Administrative Center launched the “Binh Duong Youth jointly build dynamic, friendly Public Administrative Center” program. The purpose of the program was to build up a dynamic, friendly environment at provincial Public Administrative Center, and make practical achievements to welcome the 10^th Provincial Party Congress and the 12^th National Party Congress.

To implement the program, over 40 young volunteers from units, universities, colleges in the province helped people in using use information technology equipment and fulfilling administrative procedures at provincial Public Administrative Center, promoting pioneering spirit of young people.
