Local leaders receive General Consul of Malaysia

On Jan. 27, Mai The Trung, secretary of the provincial party committee cum head of the provincial National Assembly delegation received Shazryll Bin Zahiran, Malaysian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh city on his term ending in Vietnam.

At the courtesy reception, Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran affirmed relation between Vietnam and Malaysia has well developed on areas of economics, culture, education. On behalf of Malaysian enterprises investing in Binh Duong province, Shazryll Bin Zahiran extended thanks to local leaders for their right policies helping foreign enterprises operate effectively. Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran pledged to disseminate his understanding on Binh Duong to successor in the coming time.

In return, Mai The Trung pledged that Binh Duong provincial administration would in the coming time spend care and facilitate Malaysian enterprises’ effective operation and hoped that with new position, Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran will be a bridge of investment promotion for Malaysian enterprises to invest in the province.

Also the same day, Tran Van Nam, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee received Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran and extended thanks to Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran for his contributions to Binh Duong province. In addition, Tran Van Nam wished Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran to gain successes on his new position and hoped that Mr. Shazryll Bin Zahiran would continue to spread, introduce Binh Duong’s investment environment to Malaysian enterprises.
