Practical youth activities and works

Provincial Youth Federation has organized effective, practical activities and works to welcome Youth Federation congresses at all levels for the 2024-2029 tenure.

Upgrading the countryside

In the atmosphere of the entire Youth Union - Association welcoming Youth Federation congresses at all levels, motivating March, provincial Youth Union - Youth Federation have integrated the propaganda of the congress with works of the 2024 Youth Month. These youth works have continued spreading into volunteer activities, contributing to building up civilized urban and new-style rural areas.

Provincial Youth Union holds a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of the “red scarf” house in North Tan Uyen district’s Lac An commune

To help people travel smoothly at night, provincial Youth Union and Youth Federation have implemented a work on "Upgrading rural areas - Lighting up rural roads" to install lighting systems on roads in Lac An commune’s hamlet 2 in North Tan Uyen district. After a week of urgent implementation, the work was completed to ensure technical and lighting standards, contributing to ensuring the local traffic safety, security and order. Resources to carry out the work were supported by Tuoi tre Thu do (Youth of the Capital) newspaper, Binh Duong provincial Electricity Company and Wintech Vietnam Technology Development Investment Joint Stock Company with a total cost of nearly VND 50 million.

Also in Lac An commune, provincial Youth Union and Young Pioneer Organization carried out a work on repairing a “red scar” house for Tran Minh Khang, a 5th grader at Lac An Primary School, who belongs to a near-poor household. Being aware of his family's difficulties, Khang diligently helps his family with housework and tries to achieve good academic results. Through this work, Khang's family was supported with VND 35 million to repair the house to stabilize their life and help him steadily go to school.

According to provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, through practical activities and works, provincial Youth Union want to spread emulation movements so that all-level Youth Unions and Associations set up achievements to welcome Youth Federation congresses at all levels with the mark of youth for community life, promoting the spirit of solidarity in the community.

Effectively deploying activities

Provincial Youth Federation’s key goal and task in 2024 are to direct the successful organization of Youth Federation congresses at all levels and successfully organize the 8th provincial Youth Federation congress towards the 9th National Youth Federation congress for the 2024-2029 tenure. In addition, provincial Youth Federation focused on conducting a survey of the local youth situation to prepare a report on the results of the association's work and the youth movement for the 2019-2024 tenure; set up goals, orientations, tasks and solutions for the association's work program and youth movement for the 2024-2029 term. In addition, the association will review the results of implementing the targets of the term; evaluate advantages and disadvantages in directing, deploying and organizing the implementation of resolutions of congresses at all levels for the 2019-2024 tenure. On the other hand, the association will strengthen its staff and well implement personnel processes for congresses at all levels; direct grassroots associations to advise the Party Committee at the same level on organizing the Youth Union at the same level to well uphold their political core role to successfully direct and organize congresses at all levels.

Nguyen Thanh Thao, Vice-Secretary of provincial Youth Union, Chairman of provincial Youth Union said: "To welcome Youth Federation congresses at all levels, provincial Youth Federations at all levels have launched emulation and registration, undertaking to carry out youth works and tasks associated with the socio-economic development tasks of the locality and units. After provincial Youth Federation congress, the association will organize Binh Duong Youth Day to take action together. The synchronous implementation of programs, activities and movements will contribute to implementing the resolutions of Youth Union at all levels practically and effectively.
