Province’s six-month Youth Union task, teenagers-children’s movements under review

The 21^st conference of the 11^th provincial Youth Union for the 2012-2017 tenure was organized yesterday morning with a focus on partially reviewing the local Youth Union task and teenagers-children’s movements in the first half of 2017. Attending the event were Nguyen Huu Tu, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee together with representatives of sectors, departments and Youth Union cadres in the province.

Under this year’s theme of “Improving the quality of Youth Union”, provincial Youth Unions at all levels over the past six months organized diverse activities in celebration of Youth Union congresses at all levels towards the 10^th provincial Youth Union congress and the 11^th national Youth Union congress; disseminated the Party’s policies and resolutions among Youth Union members; marked the 86^th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 76^th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization; actively got involved in building new rural and civilized urban areas; engaged in activities for the sake of the community…

Speaking at the conference, Mr.Tu required provincial Youth Union to strengthen instruction in order to fulfill Youth Union congresses at district/town levels; have appropriate operational orientations; pay attention to ways to get access to youths…
