Provincial Labor Confederation organizes training on emulation and commendation skills in 2023

On August 18, Standing Board of Provincial Confederation of Labor held a conference on professional training on emulation and commendation in 2023 for nearly 200 delegates who are leaders of provincial Labor Confederation, key officials of all-level trade unions in the province.

At the conference, Nguyen Van Toan, Deputy Office Chief of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, informed about new points of emulation and commendation in 2023; he suggested that trade unions at all levels need to timely reward right persons to create motivation for socio-economic development and contribute to the overall development of the country.

Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Confederation, said that the conference aims to improve the skills and professionalism of trade union officials in the law propagation, dissemination and the implementation, protection of legal rights of union members and employees, and strengthen the role of trade unions joining all levels, branches, agencies, units and enterprises for organizing patriotic emulation movements; commend and reward in a timely manner and with the right groups and individuals that have typical achievements in emulation movements.
