Provincial leader receives Chinese Singaporean Young Entrepreneurs Association

Early December 15, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee welcomed the Chinese Singaporean Young Entrepreneurs Association.

At the reception, Mr. Minh said that Singapore is currently the 3rd largest investor in Binh Duong province with nearly 300 projects, total investment capital of nearly US$ 6 billion, accounting for one-fifth of total FDI capital into the province. Currently, there are about 280 Singaporean enterprises making investment in the province, creating jobs for 300,000 workers. He hoped that through this visit, the two sides will establish a better relationship on the occasion of 50 years of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Singapore. Provincial leaders always support the connection between young people, especially young entrepreneurs. Hopefully, in the coming time, the Chinese Singaporean Young Entrepreneurs Association will organize volunteer activities in Binh Duong every year so that young people have the opportunity to exchange, study and exchange experience. And, the province will always create maximum conditions for the association to successfully organize these activities.

Previously, provincial Youth Union organized a meeting between provincial Students Association and the Chinese Singaporean Young Entrepreneurs Association. At the event, the two units exchanged and discussed the annual issue that will bring Binh Duong’s students and young entrepreneurs from Binh Duong province to Singapore for cultural exchanges with young people and entrepreneurs to learn more about Singaporean culture and people as well as young Singaporean entrepreneurs’ innovative startup experience. At the same time, young people and entrepreneurs in Singapore can visit and organize volunteer activities for the community in Binh Duong province as well as trade promotion, information exchange activities and experience of each country in developing and proposing to set up mechanisms and policies for youth and young entrepreneurs, training activities to equip them with social skills, foreign languages …
