Provincial leaders visit, offer Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries, poor people

On January 9, a delegation of provincial leaders, led by Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee together with leaders of Di An town visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, poor people and children with extremely difficult circumstances in the town.

In Tan dong Hiep ward, the delegation visited, presented gifts and extended Tet greetings to heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Hai. On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Thao paid tribute to contributions by the mother and her family to the resistance war for national independence and freedom while extending best regards to the mother and wishing her good health. On this occasion, the delegation gave the mother a gift worth VND2.5million.

The delegation also donated 30 Tet gifts worth VND1.5million each to poor households; 20 Tet gifts worth VND1million each to children with extremely difficult circumstances in Binh An ward. In the visiting place, Mr.Thao extended best regards to the local poor people while wanting that they will continue striving to secure a more stable life.

On this occasion, the delegation directly visited and offered Tet gifts worth VND2million each to 4 policy beneficiary families in the ward.
