The meeting plenum reviewed the content of the proposals to develop the resolution regarding regulations on decentralization of authority to manage and use irrigation infrastructure assets under the management of Binh Duong province, to stipulate the regime of collection, payment, management and use of fees for assessment, to grant, re-issue and adjust the environmental permits within the authority of the People's Committee of the province and the People's Committees of the districts in the province of Binh Duong, to support medical and pharmaceutical students to train in the form of orders from Binh Duong province, and to regulate on reservation policies for households that have just escaped poverty in Binh Duong province in 2022-2025.

Concluding by a speech, Mr. Pham Van Chanh evaluated the 4 submissions that were carefully and thoughtfully prepared by the provincial People's Committee. In particular, the proposal to develop a resolution to support medical and pharmaceutical students in training in the form of orders of Binh Duong province is of particular importance at the time. It can be seen that, through the 4th Covid-19 pandemic, the province's health sector has revealed its weaknesses in human resources. Therefore, the policy to support medical and pharmaceutical students trained in the form of orders needs to facilitate to encourage, attract and create human resources for the province's health sector and meet both quantity and quality requirements next time. The drafting units received the comments of the delegates to keep on editting to ensure that when the Resolution is issued, it will be realistic with the life and development requirements of the province.
