Thuan An Town on-time settlement of documents reaches over 98%

 In 2019, OSS division of Thuan An Town People's Committee received 60,119 dossiers, of which on-time settlement reached 98.43%.

During the year, People's Committee of Thuan An Town also actively applied IT advancements to serve administrative procedures, announced the application of online public services on mobile phones and no-cash payment. People's Committee of Thuan An Town directed the publicity and transparency of administrative procedures on the Internet, creating convenience for people and organizations in implementing administrative procedures; focused on communication on administrative reform, systematization of legal documents, modernization of the administration, meeting local integration requirements; implemented public services at level 3, level 4.

Regarding personnel, the Town People's Committee also improved qualifications, especially for positions that directly handle administrative procedures for people and organizations.
