Provincial Women’s Union and its branches have actively made “clever public relations”, joining hands in the civilized urban and new rural construction program. With concrete and practical deeds, they have reshaped the local rural image, actively contributing to the local socio-economic development and improving the life of members.

Actively making propaganda, mobilization

Nguyen Thi Thu Hong, Chairwoman of provincial Women’s Union said that realizing the importance of the movement of “The whole country joining hands in new rural construction for the period of 2016-2018”, provincial Women’s union has guided its branches how to register to set up “clever public relations” models in association with the movement of “Women actively study, creatively work and build happy families”; issued some documents, especially paid attention to loan support and vocational training for rural female laborers; coordinated with relevant units to disseminate effective models.

Provincial Women’s Union has also organized 4 training courses on women taking part in new rural construction in districts of Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bau Bang and North Tan Uyen with nearly 480 participants; held 5 contests on “Propagandists with 5 No-s and 3 Clean-s”, “Women with environment”, “Bags of green journey” and “Day for creative women”…

Under the movement of “Clever public relations”, provincial Women’s Unions at all levels have had practical contributions such as offering help to poor women; implemented the movement of “5 No-s and 3 Clean-s”, got involved in “clean” production models; donated land, working days… to making rural roads; promoted propaganda activities to raise awareness of officials, members…

“5 No-s, 3 Clean-s” movement promoted

Under the movement of “clever public relations”, officials and members of provincial Women’s Unions at all levels have actively built up happy families and taken part in the civilized urban and new rural construction program. Models and clubs on environmental protection, namely “Women with environment”, “Women with green space”, “Women with voluntary Sunday”…have been implemented in each quarter. As a result, provincial Women’s Union now has a total of 88 self-management groups on lifestyle construction, environmental hygiene; 74 clubs on happy families with 1,926 members.

Truong Thi Thu Hien, Chairwoman of TDM city’s Women’s Union said that the city’s Women’s Union has executed the models of “Women joining hands to build model roads”, “Green space” with 2,000 various green trees planted…The Women’s Unions of Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bau Bang, North Tan Uyen districts and Di An town have also launched the movement of “clean house, alley and street” with environmental hygiene activities; mobilized households to drop litter in the right place…

Possibly speaking, under the emulation movement of “clever public relations” in association with civilized urban and new rural construction through special ways, provincial Women’s Unions at all levels have set up effective models, contributing to bringing into full play the strength of the great national unity bloc, officials, members and people in effectively realizing the local targets on socio-economic development.
