Fund for the Poor of Thuan An City builds 12 new houses and give gifts to the poor

On Jan 26, campaigning committee of Fund for the Poor in Thuan An City held a conference to summarize activities in 2020.

In 2020, the campaign of Fund for the Poor in Thuan An City was carried out, managed and used to meet and exceed targets planned; built 12 new houses, repaired 2 houses; gave 158 gifts to poor households. At the meeting, the campaigning committee launched the Fund for the Poor 2021, which was unified at each level, in order to better implement social security policies in the whole area.

On this occasion, People's Committee of Thuan An City praised 18 collectives and 8 individuals for many contributions to activities for the poor in the city in 2020. The campaigning committee and sponsors awarded 50 gifts (each with VND 500,000 in cash and gifts worth VND 300,000) to poor households to celebrate the Tet festival.
