North Tan Uyen’s Youth Union gets involved in new rural construction

Over the past years, North Tan Uyen district’s Youth Union effectively implemented a lot of works on new rural construction, including upgrading 3 rural roads worth VND250million; visiting and presenting gifts to poor and policy beneficiary families with a total expense of more than VND150milion; carrying out 15 ” lighting rural road” works worth more than VND200million; building 6 houses of compassion worth VND250million; awarding 168 “green dream” scholarships worth nearly VND68million; offering 10 saving books worth VND10million to needy Youth Union members and pupils…

The district’s Youth Union also coordinated with the district’s Division of Economics carried out 3 youth model roads of 1.5km in 3 communes of Tan My, Lac An, Thuong Tan with a total expense of more than VND150million.

Possibly speaking, the above works obviously expressed the role and responsibility of youths in joining hands with the locality in new rural construction. They contributed to facilitating people’s traveling, ensuring the local order and security.
