Thuan An city’s Social Insurance has just held a dialogue with more than 300 enterprises.

At the dialogue, the city’s social insurance agency disseminated new and basic contents pertaining to policies on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; the reception of dossiers and return of results of administrative procedures; collection and management of collection, management of subjects participating in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance; guide electronic transactions in submitting dossiers for participation in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance; a number of contents in the settlement of social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes; appraisal on health insurance …

The city’s social insurance agency also organized a face-to-face dialogue to receive and solve problems related to the regimes, procedures for handling records, problems in the process of medical examination and treatment covered by health insurance, benefits when participating in health insurance, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

The dialogue aimed at helping enterprises better understand the views and policies of the Party and the State on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in the new situation. This was also an opportunity for Thuan An city’s Social Insurance to listen to contributive ideas from enterprises in order to promptly answer their queries, thereby creating a consensus between employers and employees, raising their awareness about the rights, interests and responsibilities of participating in and enjoying social insurance policies in the current period.
