130 “Spring tree” scholarships awarded to poor-but-excellent pupils

Provincial Study Promotion Society, on February 9, awarded 130 “Cay mua xuan” (Spring tree) scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils, helping them enjoy a joyful and happy Tet.

It is known that these scholarships have a total value of VND150million, sponsored by Kim Oanh Foundation. Tran Hieu, Vice-Chairman of provincial Study Promotion Society also reminded the recipients to make efforts in study  while hoping that the society and its branches will continue receiving support from donors so that there are no more pupils dropping out of school.
