To celebrate the 90^th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930-February 3, 2020), provincial Youth Union has strengthened education of revolutionary ideal among youths and continued upholding their role in effectively realizing tasks in the fields of social life.

Education of revolutionary ideal

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Secretary of provincial Youth Union said that provincial Youth Union has instructed its branches to organize deep and wide political meetings among Youth Union members. Accordingly, outstanding Youth Union members, young Party members visited revolutionary veterans and people with the 40, 50-year Party membership. Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also propagandized, mobilized Youth Union members, teenagers and children to actively take part in works in celebration of Party congresses at all levels.

In addition, provincial Youth Unions at all levels were proactive to organize celebrations, peak emulation campaigns, works to realize the local political tasks; boosted coordination with sectors, mass organizations to organize activities marking the 90^th founding anniversary of the CPV; recommended outstanding Youth Union members into the CPV; organized a journey “following the tradition for sustainable future”…, thereby contributing to cultivating the revolutionary ideal, pride of the Party among Youth Union members in order to further advance.

Significant works

Provincial Youth Unions at all levels have eagerly carried out practical deeds to celebrate the 90^th founding anniversary of the CPV. Particularly, Di An town’s Youth Union honored 19 outstanding young Party members; set up 2 town-level youth works, 7 ward-level ones and recommended 185 outstanding Youth Union members into the CPV. The town’s Youth Union also launched a “Voluntary Saturday” program with the participation of more than 100 Youth Union members. They also boosted propaganda activities, aiming to raise public awareness of environmental protection towards a civilized city.

The Youth Unions of wards in the town have also actively got involved in activities for the sake of the community. For example, the Youth Union of Di An ward organized delegations to take part in keeping traffic safety on Ly Thuong Kiet, Nguyen An Ninh, Tran Hung Dao streets; eradicated illegal advertising boards, cleaned up streets…, thereby improving the voluntary spirit of the local youngsters towards a civilized city; made law dissemination among locals…

The Youth Union of the ward also installed a security camera system worth VND12million on Phan Boi Chau street in Dong Tan quarter with the support of some units; coordinated with Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Co.Ltd. to donate 50 gifts to people selling lottery tickets and worked with Gia Minh Chau Child Support Fund to donate 10 gifts worth VND8million to needy children. The Youth Union organized a series of significant activities, namely “Spring tree of soldiers”, “Di An’s youths with faithful trust in the Party”…, to celebrate the 90^th founding anniversary of the CPV among teenagers and children.

Meanwhile, the Youth Union of Tan Phuoc Khanh ward teamed up with the Youth Unions of the ward’s Military and Khanh Loc quarter to visit, offer gifts to Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc, a needy Party member with the 40-year Party membership while helping cleaning up her house…

Possibly speaking, the above-mentioned activities by provincial Youth Unions at all levels to celebrate the 90^th founding anniversary of the CPV have marked the efforts by youths to the cause of the local development and construction in a spring with compassion, solidarity and pride of the glorious Party.
