Nguyen Hong Chuong, Director of Department of Health of Binh Duong province, said that in the province there are many people returning from the provinces where Covid-19 infection has been reported, especially from Hai Duong province, so they are all at risk. The chances of spreading epidemics in the community are very high if they are not detected early and to be applied with drastic and radical anti-epidemic measures.

Youth’s League members call upon the public to join the medical declaration and installation of Bluezone for warning of Covid-19 pandemic

Therefore, people returning to Binh Duong from other provinces and cities nationwide are required to make medical declaration at http://ncovi.vnpt.vn or https://tokhaiyte.vn and to install Bluezone. As for people going to Binh Duong from Hai Duong province, there are 3 possibilities: People returning from January 15 to now are required to make medical declaration and enforced to concentrated isolation and test samples; People leaving before the 15th are isolated at home and sampled for testing; People returning from February 2 up to now are subjected to medical declaration and home health monitoring; if violated, they will be sanctioned according to the laws and forced to be placed in paid concentrated isolation according to regulations.

People returning to Binh Duong from places or on vehicles reported of Covid-19 positive cases must conduct medical declaration and comply with concentrated isolation with samples taken for testing following strict epidemic prevention measures under the guidance of health agencies. On having the signs of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, they must immediately report to the nearest medical facility for advice and help. For those who arrived and returned to Binh Duong from the provinces where the positive cases were recorded but did not come into any contact and did not go to the places where Covid-19 infected patients had gone, also make medical reports and be monitored for 14 days under preventive measures.

In addition, for people traveling from abroad to Binh Duong via the trail (illegal entry), the provincial health sector has planned a concentrated medical isolation plan at the medical centers of districts, towns and cities in the province along with taking samples for testing and monitoring health daily. Those who have fulfilled the 14-day medical quarantine in the provinces and cities nationwide, when returning to Binh Duong, they must take with them the certificates of quarantine completion and continue to follow up health monitoring for another 14 days at their residence.
