“Red flamboyant” campaign 2017 launched

Di An town’s Youth Union Standing Committee has just launched the “red flamboyant” campaign 2017 in Chau Thanh district in the Mekong Delta province of Ben Tre.

During the one-week campaign, the local Youth Union members got involved in many significant activities, including visiting and taking care of revolutionary contributors, lonely elderly people; presenting gifts to pupils with difficult circumstances, policy beneficiary families; opening summer classes for children; making propaganda on sea and islands, national sovereignty over sea and islands among pupils…

The local Youth Union also built houses of compassion for needy youngsters; upgraded rural roads…All the above activities upheld the voluntary role of Youth Union members in socio-economic development; contributed to reducing poverty in remote areas; created an environment for Youth Union members to train, make contributions to the society and mature.
