Tan Uyen Town’s satisfaction level reaches over 96%

 In 2020, the administrative procedure reform in Tan Uyen Town has the goal of over 98% dossiers received, solved and returned results in accordance with the prescribed procedures and time.

Accordingly, 100% public servants in charge of ISO public administration at specialized agencies, communes and wards must have knowledge and skills in building and applying quality management systems according to national standards ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 9001: 2015. The satisfaction level of individuals and organizations must reach over 96%; 90% of administrative procedures to be standardized according to ISO 9001: 2015 quality management process applied to specialized agencies and standardized according to ISO 9001: 2008 or TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 quality management process for People's Committees of communes and wards.

Tan Uyen Town will continue to implement comprehensively, synchronously and effectively the administrative reform according to the plans of the province and town; renovate and streamline the apparatus, effective and efficient operation associated with streamlining payroll and salary policy; improve the administrative reform index, create favorable conditions for individuals and organizations.

In particular, the town continues to implement the model "Friendly government of the people, by the people, for the people" and "Friendly offices for the people"; enhance propagation on administrative reform on mass media; focus on the process and method of online public services at level 3, receiving dossiers and returning results through public postal services.
