Thuan An Town tackle 275 construction violations cases

During 9 months of 2019, the authorities of Thuan An Town cooperated with Inspectorate of Department of Construction and communes, wards to examine 1,325 construction cases. There were 1,049 cases complying with permitted contents, 170 cases without permits, 105 cases not complying with permitted contents, and 1 violation of road traffic.

Thuan An Town authorities tackles 275 administrative violations of construction regulations, of which 32 cases were required to resubmit dossiers, 243 cases were forced to dismantle, violations of road traffic were forced to restore to the original state. The total fine for violations was over VND 4.7 billion.

Besides, the authorities examined 3 cases of illegal construction on public land, 1 case of unauthorized construction on agricultural land and road safety corridors according to the people's notifications, 42 cases of land encroachment in Thien Phuoc pagoda area...
