To proactively practice information dissemination, directives, and resolutions of the Party in real life

In the first 6 months of 2017, provincial information dissemination and education sector has been with the direction of central board of information dissemination and education and standing board of Provincial Party Committee to proactively implement information dissemination regarding resolutions and directives of the Party to confirm public trust and create social agreement contributing to the success of local socio-economic development and targets on the basis of current political status and missions.

Consultancy well done

In the first 6 months of 2017, Information Dissemination and Education of Provincial Party Committee has proactively extended consultancy with Standing Board of Provincial Party Committee to command local information dissemination for improvement of competence and ideology. Implementing direction of Provincial Party Committee, the Information Dissemination and Education Body has regularly orient information dissemination of the mass media in the province regarding the implementation of the 4^th resolution of the 12^th Central Committee of CPV by the forms of news and highlights on Binh Duong TV and Binh Duong Newspaper. Information dissemination has been in many forms offered to the public. In the grassroots, the communication within communes, wards, and townships has been well practiced through local system.

Implementing direction of Central Information Dissemination and Education and Standing Board of Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Information Dissemination of Provincial Party Committee prepared guidance, plans, and orientation of information dissemination for news agencies in the province to broadcast during major festivals and important political events. In the meantime, Provincial Information Dissemination and Education of the Provincial Party Committee has timely directed and guided local news agencies and related units to introduce and disseminate information about the National Tai Tu Music Festival 2017 in Binh Duong Province while constructing detail plans to organize and achieve the mentioned requirements. Concurrently, the information dissemination about the sea and islands has been carried out in diversified forms. The agencies of culture and art performance of the province have launched well implementation activities in accordance with the proposed programs and plans by political orientation and local situation.

Along with the mentioned tasks, in the first 6 months of 2017, Provincial Information Dissemination and Education of the Provincial Party Committee has maintained the periodical composition and issue of documents, internal information, general information, and specialized information to service members of Standing Board of Provincial Party Committee, secretaries of Party committees across districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City as well as the belonging units, monthly lecturer information, reference documents servicing lecturers weekly. The document contents include updates of world, domestic, and local news. The new documents of the Party and the State, in the meantime, have been forwarded, especially during the major political events of the State and the province. By and by, the Provincial Party Committee has timely supplied oriented information for local political activities, helping officers and Party members to know about the situation in rightful and objective manner to enhance trust in leadership of the Party and administration of the State.

To promote learning and following President Ho Chi Minh

Under general evaluation, 1-year implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of Politburo and specialized learning in 2017 in the province, the implementation has been seriously carried out by the required time schedule and gaining the required targets. The information dissemination has been expanded to the public strata. Within the Party Committee, the implementation of special topic in 2017 of learning and following ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of President Ho Chi Minh to be referring to prevention of deterioration of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle as well as internal deterioration and assigned political tasks.

The learning and following ideology, ethics, and style of President Ho Chi Minh in the first 6 months of 2017 in the province have been in accordance with the contents of being in close relationship to the public. The recent congress of Bac Tan Uyen District Party Committee has chosen two models of public services regarding the learning and following ideology, ethics, and style of President Ho Chi Minh to be widely implemented in the district. As for the model of friendly authority, 10 communes, agencies and units have been implemented with one-stop shop (OSS) model for public reception. Binh My Commune Party Committee and Party Cell of District People’s Council and People’s Secretariats have chosen as the location of implementation.

As for the model of being attached to the public in Party cells and district Party Committee. Accordingly, the Party Cell of agencies and unions and Party Cell of Natural Resources and Environment were chosen as the locations of implementation. Huynh Van Can, the Head of Bac Tan Uyen District Information Dissemination and Education, informed that those have been the models denoting styles of implementing Directive 05 so that the authorities should be attached to and listen to the public.

Meantime, at Di An Town Party Committee, the learning and following President Ho Chi Minh have been effective through the implemented models. Nguyen Van Loc, the Secretary of Di An Town Party Committee informed that the effectiveness of the models has been expressively in styles and services as well as resolution of public-related matters. Thereon, officers and Party members of sectors and agencies have promoted their responsibility in resolving matters of emergency in constructing urban and modern order, creating social agreements, contributing to the constructing a more civilized and modern Di An Town.

The proactive and flexible implementation of tasks, the sector in the province has been attached to direction of central sector and standing agent whom, on the basis of local political status and tasks, have implemented tasks of information dissemination and education to contribute into enhancement of public trust in the Party and the State while creating the unity of ideology and actions for the target of enrooting the locality to fast, strong, and sustainable development.
