The 5th Binh Duong Patriotic Emulation Congress thoroughly prepared

That was the directing speech of Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, at the meeting of the provincial Emulation and Reward Council to hear the report of the preparation for organizing the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Binh Province taking place in the morning of July 23. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the time to organize the Patriotic Emulation Congress before the 11th Provincial Party Congress. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board to receive comments from the members of the provincial Emulation and Reward Council to supplement and complete the list of commended collectives and individuals; build detailed program scripts; coordinate propaganda before, during and after the Patriotic Emulation Congress. The Patriotic Emulation Congress is organized to summarize the five years (2015-2020) of implementing the patriotic emulation movement in the whole province, assessing the outstanding results achieved by the patriotic emulation movement and shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; devise directions to promote the movement based on the objectives and tasks of socio-economic development of the province in the following years. Promptly praising and honoring collectives and individuals as heroes, emulation soldiers, and typical exemplars in industries, levels, fields, economic sectors and all people classes. According to the plan, about 400 collectives and typical individuals in all fields will be commended. Preparing for the Patriotic Emulation Congress, up to now, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee has drafted a report on the results of the Patriotic Emulation movement and commendation in the period 2015-2020, directions and tasks in 2020-2025; draft opening speech of the congress, closing remarks and launching patriotic emulation movement for the period of 2020-2025.
