Economic - Budget Commission of provincial People's Council verifies reports, draft Resolution of the 15th session

 On October 23, the Economic - Budget Commission of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review documents submitted to the 18th session (special session) of the 10th Provincial People's Council. Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the Economic - Budget Commission of the Provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting. Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, also attended the meeting. 

At the meeting,  representatives of the Economic-Budget Commission announced the examination results of the 6 draft resolutions, including 3 legal resolutions and 3 individual resolutions submitted at the 18th session (special session), the 10th Provincial People's Council. 

Namely, Draft Resolution on regulations on criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Binh Duong province; Draft Resolution on mechanisms to support the implementation of social housing construction investment projects in Binh Duong province; Draft Resolution on land policy for ethnic minorities living in Binh Duong province; Draft Resolution on approval of the general construction planning project (scale 1/5,000) of Dat Cuoc industrial park, in Dat Cuoc commune, Bac Tan Uyen district; Draft Resolution on the list of land plots to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Binh Duong province; Draft Resolution on State budget revenue estimates in the area; revenue, expenditure and allocation of local budget in 2024 (adjusted).

The delegates attending the meeting agreed with the draft resolutions mentioned above; at the same time, they discussed, analyzed, clarified and gave comments to the draft resolutions. Concluding the meeting, Ms. Hanh requested the resolution drafting agency to absorb the delegates' opinions to adjust and supplement the draft resolution's content to ensure it is strict and in accordance with regulations for submission to the 18th Session (special session) of the 10th Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval.
