During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha shared information regarding the socio-economic development of Binh Duong province and discussed the cooperative relationship between Binh Duong province and Artemisa province in Cuba.
Mr. Oscar Alberto Sánchez Serra expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Binh Duong province for their warm welcome of the delegation. He also shared information about Granma Newspaper, which serves as the official publication of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and was established in 1965. Granma is published daily, except on Sundays, and is the most widely read newspaper in Cuba.
Mr. Oscar Alberto Sánchez Serra highlighted that, despite the geographical distance between the two countries, they share many similarities and have developed deep emotional connections over the years. Through the working trip to Vietnam, Granma Newspaper continued to exchange experiences, especially in the field of digital transformation with Nhan Dan Newspaper and the field trip to Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province to continue to more effectively carry out the assigned tasks; at the same time, further deepen the comprehensive solidarity and friendship between the people of Vietnam and Cuba.
