Provincial leaders receive Heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad

On the morning of December 4, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a meeting with the Heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad for the 2024-2027 term. The delegation was led by Mr. Pham Thanh Binh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to China, concurrently to the Federated States of Micronesia.

Attending the reception and meeting were Ambassadors and leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and leaders of provincial departments, branches, and sectors.

During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc represented the provincial leaders and shared information about the socio-economic development of Binh Duong province. In 2024, the province is expected to continue achieving positive results across all sectors. Specifically, the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) is projected to increase by 8.0%, with the GRDP per capita reaching 182.6 million VND.

Mr. Loc also talked with the heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad about the necessity of international cooperation and the proposals from Binh Duong province to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad.

Mr. Pham Thanh Binh discussed and shared information about the countries where the delegation will visit, helping Binh Duong province better understand the general situation and have appropriate proposals and recommendations for the province's socio-economic development in the coming time...
