On December 16, at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, the Provincial Department of Information and Communications held a workshop, "Information Security of Binh Duong Province in 2024," and summarized the Practical Exercise. Attending the event were Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

During the workshop, delegates attended several presentations covering various topics related to information security (IS) in Binh Duong. These presentations focused on the current state of information security and potential solutions, identifying risks of information leakage and methods for prevention, sharing experiences in implementing information security in Binh Phuoc province, and strategies for ensuring comprehensive information security throughout the digital transformation process across various agencies and units.

At the workshop, the Department of Information and Communications awarded prizes to teams with the best achievements in the recent combat exercise.

Speaking at the workshop, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh emphasized that the Binh Duong provincial government always promotes the application of digital government, facilitating people and businesses in accessing online public services; promoting the development of the digital economy, supporting digital enterprises, improving competitiveness in the global market; building a digital society, connecting communities, improving the quality of life and creating conditions for effective access to information.
