Bau Bang’s breakthrough programs achieve positive results

Early December 5, Bau Bang district’s Party Committee held a conference to summarize the results of the local breakthrough programs implemented under the Resolution of the  district’s 12^th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.

The city’s breakthrough programs were implemented comprehensively and achieved positive results over the past time. Specifically, the district promptly and correctly implemented policies for both employees and employers. The city’s socialization efforts were expanded and deepened in many fields. The city’s infrastructure development and construction of new-style rural areas were carried out in a synchronous, modern and effective manner. Since the beginning of the term, the district’s People's Committee has invested in upgrading over 69 km of the local roads, with total investment of nearly VND 823.5 billion; maintained and repaired district-level roads with total investment of over VND 49 billion. As of now, all district-level roads have been asphalted and concreted.

To achieve the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the district’s 12th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, Huynh Cong Du, Permanent Vice Secretary of the district’s Party Committee urged the district’s Party Committee to continue fostering the spirit of unity, dynamism and determination in implementing the local breakthrough programs; continue promoting propaganda work, creating opportunities for residents to contribute ideas and participate in oversight; effectively mobilize social resources to support socio-economic development; strive to have Bau Bang district with new-style rural standards, establishing Bau Bang town before 2030.

At the conference, provincial Party Committee's decision on personnel work was also announced. Accordingly, Tran Minh Thao, Chief Judge of Bau Bang district’s People's Court, was appointed to join the Executive Board of Bau Bang district’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure.
