Legal support for enterprises

Provincial People's Committee has recently issued the Plan No. 5044/KH-UBND on legal support for enterprises in 2024.

The plan aims at ensuring proactive and consistent management and implementation of legal support activities for enterprises such as providing legal information, legal education, legal consultation, helping mitigate legal risks, thereby facilitating the local production and business operations.

Provincial People's Committee has assigned provincial Department of Justice, relevant departments and agencies and the People's Committees of districts and cities to review legal documents under directives from central and local authorities to address enterprises ‘obstacles in their production and business activities. Additionally, efforts will be made to enhance legal education and professional skills to improve the capacity, awareness and responsibility in providing enterprises with legal support.

Meetings, forums and dialogues between competent State agencies and enterprises will be also organized to promptly resolve difficulties on the application of laws concerning enterprises.
