Provincial leaders receive the Finnish Ambassador to Vietnam

On May 8, Mai Hung Dung, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with Keijo Norvanto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to Vietnam.

At the meeting, Keijo Norvanto expressed his impression of the development achievements of Binh Duong province; and hoped that he could be a linkman to introduce leading Finnish businesses to Binh Duong smart city, developing education - training, and telecommunications network infrastructure…

Dung expressed his hope that in the coming time, Keijo will continue to support Binh Duong in performing infrastructure improvement projects using official development assistance (ODA) capital from the Finnish Government; support and invite potential Finnish investors to invest in Binh Duong. He proposed that Finnish businesses cooperate and support Binh Duong to develop the Smart City Project and Innovation Zone; develop the local startup ecosystem, through consulting on the construction and implementation of training programs on startups and innovation in Binh Duong.
