Support given to children with difficult circumstances

On October 22, the program "Nurturing Aspirations" conducted by the "Provincial Children's Protection Fund" in collaboration with Binh Duong Radio and Television Station and benefactors organized a delegation to visit and provide support to children lving in difficult circumstances in Thuan An City, Thu Dau Mot City, and Bac Tan Uyen District.

The delegation visited and provided support to families of children Nguyen Thi Thien Y (born in 2017) in Quarter 4, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, has cirrhosis and needs a liver transplant; Tran Thao Chi (born in 2019) in Quarter 2, Phu Loi Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, has acute promyelocytic leukemia, liver damage, anemia; Truong Thi Phuong Nghi (born in 2023) in Cay Dau Hamlet, Hieu Liem Commune, Bac Tan Uyen District, has peritonitis and severe intestinal infection.

The above cases all have difficult family circumstances, while the cost of their medical treatment is too high, beyond their family's ability. At each destination, the delegation encouraged the children's families and gave each family 10 million VND in support. On this occasion, local authorities and philanthropists also gave gifts and supported families with additional funds to treat the children.
