Biwase organizes first sharehoders’conference

Binh Duong Water-Environment Joint Stock Company (Biwase), on May 24, forwarded its first shareholders’ conference 2017. Nguyen Van Thien, CEO of the company; Tran Chien Cong, General Director of the company chaired the conference.

At the conference

In Q4, 2016 when beginning its equitization, the company reached VND399.61billion in total revenue or 123% of the plan; VND18.27billion in pre-tax profit; VND83.44billion in waste treatment revenue or 85% of the plan…The company also focused on implementing projects with ODA capital and prepared new projects in line with the province’s industrial-urban development plan…

For 2017’s plan, the company will strive to obtain a growth of 10% in terms of revenue and pre-tax profit. The company’s reports on after-tax profit distribution, amendment of working regulations, listing coded BWE on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange…were also approved at the conference.
