Phu Giao district grant 320 certificates of land use right to the people

In the first 6 months of 2018, People's Committee of Phu Giao District granted 320 new land use right certificates (LURCs) to people. Up to now, the district has issued 18,736/18,898 LURCs to the people, accounting for 99% of total registration dossiers. Regarding the issuance of LURCs on the land of Regiment 271 and 193 ha of Tam Lap commune, the district granted 143/225 dossiers.

Also in the first 6 months, the district People's Committee completed the report on land statistics 2017 at the district and commune level; completed the report explaining the current land use map of land use adjustment project in period 2016-2020 in the district and submitted to provincial People's Committee for approval; received and certified 12/15 registration dossiers of environmental protection plan; received and handled 5 dossiers of ground renovation; settled 20/20 dossiers of underground water exploitation.
