Phu Giao’s total retail revenue up 19.34%

Phu Giao district’s total retail sales revenue of commodities and services in Q1, 2018 was estimated at more than VND1trillion, up 20.13% compared to the year’s plan and 19.34% compared to the same period last year.

The above result came from the stable development of the local sector of trade-services, according to the district’s People’s Committee. Especially, the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2018 took place in Q1, so the local demand for shopping was on sharp increase…

Also during the period, the district’s People’s Committee instructed the local functional agencies to strengthen control over the market. Accordingly, they made 29 inspection tours; discovered 20 wrong cases, 18 of which were penalized with a total fine of more than VND18.7million and 2 under settlement.
