Ratio of land tenancy at 18 local Ips reaches 71%

This is the latest statistics about the situation of land tenancy at 28 industrial parks (Ips) in the province.

The whole province is also home to 8 industrial compounds (Ics) with the ratio of land tenancy at 54.9%. In the first half of the year alone, there were 174 hectares of land and workshops of province-based Ips hired.

The province has also expanded old Ips and formed up some new ones; approved a project on An Lap industrial compound in Dau Tieng district with 75 hectares in total. Over the past time, investors of province-based Ips and Ics will continue upgrading infrastructure facilities, boosting marketing to absorb more investment projects…
