Continue to improve the effectiveness of Provincial Party Committee's information webpage

On June 12, Binh Duong Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee - Standing Office of Editorial Board of the Provincial Party Committee's information webpage held a meeting to evaluate the performance over the first 6 months and set forth key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committe, chaired the meeting

Since its launch in 2021, the Editorial Board and Secretariat have made many efforts to operate the Provincial Party Committee's webpage. As a result, the Provincial Party Committee's information webpage promptly, accurately and completely posts official information about policies, guidelines, leadership activities, and directions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of Binh Duong province in all fields of the province; provides information about outstanding achievements, good examples... for officials, party members and people.

At the meeting, delegates discussed some issues to continue improving the operational efficiency of the Editorial Board and Secretariat of the Provincial Party Committee's information webpage. Currently, components of the Editorial Board and Secretariat have some changes compared to before due to a number of officials transferring and retiring. Therefore, the Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee proposed a plan to consolidate and received high consensus from participating delegates.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh requested members of the Editorial Board and Secretariat to continue to operate well, ensure the safety of the information page, process and post information promptly, accurately and completely. The Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee will develop operating regulations and criteria for posting news and articles so that departments and branches can proactively process information. Regarding the consolidation of the Editorial Board and Secretariat, the Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee will collect opinions from relevant departments and branches and submit it to Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval in the near future.
