Provincial People's Committee contributes opinions to some contents to be submitted to People's Council at upcoming session

On the afternoon of December 5, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee chaired a session of provincial People's Committee. The session was attended by Mai Hung Dung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments and sectors in the province.

At the session, leaders of units and departments reported a number of contents. Particularly, provincial Department of Planning and Investment reported on the pre-feasibility project of Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh expressway at the section passing Binh Duong province that currently has basic documents under the regulations and it will be submitted to provincial People's Council at the upcoming session. Leader of provincial Wastewater Project Management Board submitted the minutes of negotiation of the Loan Agreement from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the project to improve the province’s water environment to  provincial People's Committee. Provincial Department of Construction asked for provincial People's Committee's policy on local planning of underground construction projects. Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment presented a draft decision to abolish a number of legal documents of provincial People's Committee.

Members of provincial People's Committee also gave their opinions on the submitted and reported contents for completing and asking for opinions from provincial Provincial People's Council at the upcoming session.
