TDM promotes digital transformation activities

Nguyen Thu Cuc, Chairwoman of Thu Dau Mot (TDM) city’s People's Committee has just chaired a meeting of the city’s Steering Committee and Working Group for digital transformation (briefly called the Steering Committee) in 2022.

At the meeting, members of the Steering Committee and leaders of 14 wards discussed the contents of the digital transformation plan to 2025, orientation to 2030 and some specific work planned in the near future. Identifying digital transformation is a big task in the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society, changing the comprehensive management activities of the government, production and business activities of enterprises. Sectors need to review their existing information technology infrastructure system to have connectivity, ensuring connectivity and efficiency. In addition, the city needs to grasp and connect with each sector and locality so that its process of realizing digital government is implemented uniformly...

To implement digital transformation appropriately and effectively, the city has proposed 5 groups of tasks and solutions for long-term development, contributing to immediately resolving a number of problems, changing thinking, awareness, and institutions in line with  requirements of the local digital transformation process.
