1,156 Tet gifts given for disadvantaged people

Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just worked with Taiwan’s TzuChi Charity Association and the Divisions of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Bau Bang, Phu Giao and Dau Tieng districts to donate Tet gifts to the poor, the blind and Agent Orange (AO) victims.

Particularly, the delegation offered 1,156 gifts worth VND500,000-VND700,000 each to the poor, the blind and AO victims. It is known that on this occasion, the association will donate 2,215 Tet gifts for the local people with extremely difficult circumstances. These gifts will contribute to helping the local disadvantaged people enjoy a warm and happy Tet.
