513 construction dossiers licensed

According to People's Committee of Ben Cat town, in the first quarter of 2021, the town received and processed the procedures asking for construction permits for 513 dossiers of individuals and organizations. The town also checked the compliance with the law on construction for 129 cases; thereby, it made minutes of construction suspension against 26 cases, minutes of sanctioning administrative violations in the construction field against 27 cases. The total fine was VND 630 million.

For the work of overcoming spontaneous housing zones and spots in the area, in the quarter of the year, the town continued to take steps to overcome the 2 spontaneous housing zones as approved by Binh Duong provincial People's Committee. Concurrently, they kept on reviewing, making statistics and classifying spontaneous housing zones and points according to each group to propose solutions.
